Spring has arrived and the Alton Heights All-Stars are ready to practice at the basketball court in their local park. Unfortunately, the city is planning to the turn the park into a parking lot. Can the All-Stars convince the city that their park is necessary? They plan a neighborhood basketball game to try to change the minds of local officials.
